Make sure, that you have filled out your profile information correctly.


Currently information which are required for members, are:

  • Main character

  • Guild name



You can look how my profile info looks like. It should always be correct --->

Now added to profile settings, your Character level and your character job. They can be seen in your postprofile as in mine -->
